There’s never a great time for a pandemic, we are fortunate that the technology to support remote workers is readily available, scalable, and can be rapidly deployed. Call One UC provides access to:

  • Mobile and Desktop client software
  • High Powered Collaboration Suite, powered by Zoom
  • OTT connectivity that enables rapid deployment of these essential services

Video instruction for these software tools available at

http://learning.callone.com

While the software has allowed us to connect with each other like never before, the hardware that supports and facilitates these tools is equally as important ie, not all headsets, laptop mics or collaboration tools are created equal. It’s not enough to simply be able to connect, you want to be sure the tools and hardware you are employing allow you to truly be present. If you cannot be reliably seen and heard, you will surely be creating frustration for both you, your clients, and fellow teammates. Here are a few options we recommend:

  • Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC
  • Plantronics Voyager 4200 UC
  • Plantronics Voyager Focus UC
  • Plantronics Calisto 7200

Minimum OS Requirements for Software Applications:
