The software Call One uses for your ShoreTel phone system will no longer be manufacturer supported after September 30th, 2020.

Your ShoreTel 14.X system has been at the center of your communications infrastructure for many years and as you know, Mitel purchased ShoreTel in 2017. We notified you last year regarding planned End Of Life for your 14.X software (Mitel Bulletin 18007). That time is here. End of Life is September 30, 2020.

Call One will still be supporting our customers on 14.X beyond that date but now is the time to make sure we do not get to a point where the system is unsupported by Mitel.
