Call One recognizes "professional services" can be defined in many ways, so this overview is designed to help our clients better understand and take advantage of the expanded scope of services now being offered.
Call One’s approach to Professional Services revolves around a process that includes assessment/IT roadmap, consulting, remediation and finally, management.
- In every project, defining the ultimate endpoint is critical; just as crucial is defining “current state” as a starting point. Call One does the necessary legwork to establish “current and future states” and develops a roadmap to get our clients where they need to be from a technology perspective.
ConsultingAn IT Roadmap will invariably uncovers problem areas that will eventually need to be addressed. As part of the roadmap, Call One leverages its “Best Practices” experience and make recommendations to get our clients to the desired end state. Recommendations are prioritized with the most mission-critical systems coming first, followed by less critical and ancillary suggestions. All recommendations are presented with budgetary considerations in mind, and will not necessarily have to be performed simultaneously. Recommendations are centered on Desktop Virtualization (Office 365), Cloud/Hybrid Cloud strategies, Disaster Recovery (DR)/Backup solutions and Bandwidth/Wireless solutions. Every client solution is unique, which is why Call One’s team customizes every solution it builds.
RemediationAfter review with the client, Call One engages in approved projects with its consulting staff, following a strict project-based methodology to accomplish the outlined objectives.
ManagementOnce the environment has been remediated to a stable and modern state, the next logical step is maintaining it. Call One has developed on ongoing Managed Services Practice to support our client base in this effort. Whether simple server-based monitoring and alerting, or full-scale outsourced server management, Call One has the technology and experience to support our clients.
